In May the Riverside Inn hosted Killarney Mountain Lodge Chef Kay Bonsu and his staff for Chefs Across the Great Lakes: a collaborative dinner exchange benefitting a charity of choice for the hosting restaurant. The Riverside Inn chose the Great Lakes Culinary Insitute to receive the proceeds of the evenings 5-course meal with wine pairings from Good Harbor Vineyard.
Monday, Kate and Chefs Christine Boerma and Katlyn Fleis will leave for Killarney Onterio and the Killarney Mountain Lodge where they will be greeted by Chef Bonsu and his team for a tour of the area before they begin prepping for the October 10th dinner at the Killarney Mountain Lodge benefitting the Killarney Airport Resurfacing program.
